Extended family sessions are the perfect opportunity to get grandparents, siblings and their partners &amp; kids all together. Each session includes photos of the entire family together, as well as individual photos of each nuclear family and any other combinations you would like (parents &amp; their kids alone, grandparents with all the grandkids, etc.) Each family will receive access to the online gallery with their own personalized login for ease of print ordering, downloads &amp; creating favourites lists.

Extended Family Session

Your engagement session is the perfect way to celebrate this time in your life as an engaged couple. Whether you are using these images as a way to announce your engagement, to use as save-the-dates, for a wedding website, or just as your own keepsakes this one hour session is the perfect way to capture special moments as a couple. Prior to the session, we will consult with you regarding the location &amp; setting in Waterloo region (travel fee may apply outside of the area) and provide you with an inspo board of on-trend outfits. We will work together to ensure the vibe of your session reflects you as a couple - whether you are looking for a whimsical &amp; natural look, an urban setting, or something uniquely 'you', we'll provide you with personalized location &amp; outfit styling tips. During the shoot, Lindsay will walk you through settings and poses and provide all of the guidance you need to feel comfortable and confident that you look your best. Within two weeks of your shoot you will receive an online gallery with a minimum of 75 high-resolution images. The gallery may be used to download your photos, share with family &amp; friends, and create printed products. You will receive all of your images in both colour and black &amp; white. If you book this engagement session on its' own, you may apply the full value towards a wedding collection that includes an engagement session at a later time. Hourly Coverage

This 12 hour package is my all-inclusive option. If you're looking to have every aspect of your wedding photography taken care of, this is the right choice for you. Twelve hours of coverage is perfect for couples with large families and bridal parties who may require some additional time or those with longer ceremonies or ceremonies at locations further from their reception. This collection includes 3 beautifully handcrafted lay-flat photobooks that are custom designed for you. These books are customized down to the exterior fabric (choose from linen, vegan leather and more) and include embossing. With three duplicate photobooks, you will have perfect heirlooms for yourselves, and each set of parents (additional books may be purchased at discounted rate). In addition to your handcrafted photobooks, you'll also receive 100 linen thank-you cards that can be customized with your choice of image &amp; text. Rush post production means your gallery is at the very top of our priority list, and you will have your full online gallery returned within one week! Engagement and anniversary sessions are both included in this collection as the perfect way to celebrate your marriage at every stage.

This package is for expecting parents to capture their most important moments from pregnancy to their baby's arrival. Bumps + Babes includes a maternity session which may involve just Mom + Bump, or Mom + Bump and the babe's other parent &amp; children. Newborn sessions are typically done in home, and are a lifestyle focus rather than a prop or pose-heavy session. Your baby will be photographed on their own, with parent(s) together and individually, as well as with any other siblings. Newborn sessions are typically booked 7-14 days from expected due date, and maternity sessions are typically booked anywhere from 4-8 weeks out from their due date. Reach out as soon as possible as availability is limited due to the flexible &amp; tentative nature of these bookings.

Bumps + Babes

Planning a wedding abroad? Lindsay Coulter has photographed weddings around the world, from Mexico, the Dominican Republic, St. Maarten, and the Bahamas all the way to Australia. There is no destination too far and we would love to chat with you more about your wedding plans. Destination Wedding Collection

8 hours of coverage is just enough to capture the essential moments of your day. Similar to the longer packages, a second photographer will be present for all hours of coverage, and an engagement session and online gallery are included as well. This collection is great for couples whose ceremonies &amp; reception are in the same location, and who don't require a lot of getting ready or reception coverage. Typical timelines for this package are 1-9pm or 2-10pm, but we will work with you to make the most of the time we have together to ensure all the most important parts of your day are covered.

Collection Three (8 Hours + Second Photographer)

With 4 hours of coverage, this package is great for the couple who is having a less traditional wedding. Having a brunch wedding or evening cocktail reception? Don't need getting ready or evening photos? This might be the perfect package for you! This collection includes an engagement session and online gallery, and the engagement session may be swapped for an additional hour of wedding day coverage. There is limited availability for this session so if you feel this is the right fit for you, don't hesitate to reach out.

Collection Four - Limited Availability (4 Hours)

Capture the magic of your pregnancy with a Maternity Session with Lindsay Coulter Families. With up to 45 minutes of shooting time, you will get stunning images of you and your partner with your growing belly. I will provide styling and location consulting to help you create the perfect look for your photos. And to make it even more convenient, I will provide a minimum of 50 high resolution digital images that you can access from an online gallery. This package is perfect for expectant parents. Lifestyle Family Session

Newborn Lifestyle Sessions are an organic, yet polished take on the traditional newborn session. I take a variety of photos with the baby on their own, with their parent(s), with just Mom/Dad and babe etc. but at your home and in your own environment rather than in a studio with props. These sessions will show your family life at home in the first few weeks of your baby's arrival. The package includes up to two hours of coverage, which allows for time to change outfits, feed the baby, and ensure both you and your baby are relaxed during the session. I will provide you with a newborn session guide to ensure you feel prepared; this will give you some helpful tips to get your home and baby ready for your at home photo session.

Lifestyle Newborn Session

This package is perfect for couples who want all of their moments captured from getting ready until well-into dancing without feeling rushed for time. A second photographer will be present which is perfect when there are many moving parts happening at the same time and we don't want any of it missed. A beautiful custom USB and online gallery will provide the perfect place to safely store those beautiful memories. The highlight of this package (in addition to the relaxing schedule 10 hours will provide!) is the 20 preview images. These photos will be delivered to you within 2-3 days of your wedding, so you have something beautiful to post on social media right after your big day.
